Mehfil Biriyani in Karama is a great spot for anyone who loves proper, flavorful biriyani. We visited with friends and decided to try a variety of dishes, and it turned out to be a really satisfying meal. We ordered the Legorne biriyani, beef biriyani, mutton biriyani and chicken fry so that everyone could taste a bit of everything. Out of all the dishes, the beef biriyani was easily the star. The rice was fragrant, the spices were balanced, and the beef pieces were tender and cooked perfectly. It had that slow-cooked flavor that makes you want to go back just for that one dish. The mutton biriyani was also quite good, with soft pieces of meat and rich gravy mixed into the rice. The Legorne biriyani had a lighter taste but still carried nice flavor. The chicken fry was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and paired well with the biriyani. The portion sizes were reasonable, and the food was served hot and fresh. The ambience is simple and comfortable, more focused on taste than fancy décor, which I actually like for biriyani places. Service was quick and polite, and everything felt well-organized. Overall, Mehfil Biriyani is definitely worth visiting, especially if you’re a fan of beef biriyani — it stands out among many others in Karama.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The biryani here is really good—flavorful, aromatic, and definitely worth trying. The food quality and taste are a big highlight of this restaurant. However, the place gets extremely crowded, especially during peak hours. You need to arrive early to book a seat, as a large crowd usually waits outside. If you plan well and don’t mind the rush, it’s a great spot to enjoy some delicious biryani.

I’ve visited this place many times, and it has truly become one of my favorite spots for biryani. The biryani here made me a complete fan! I’ve tried Chicken, Mutton, and Beef biryani, and each one was delicious — a pure, authentic Malabar-style biryani. Once you start eating here, it’s hard to stop; it’s that addictive. Out of all, the Mutton Biryani stands out as my absolute favorite. For me, this is the best mutton biryani spot in Karama. The only drawback I noticed is the service. Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get the staff’s attention, and even after being served, requesting additional items can be difficult. The service team definitely needs improvement, as it can feel frustrating at times. On the positive side, the prices are quite reasonable, and the quality makes it worth it. Since it’s a popular spot, there’s often a long queue, so be prepared to wait at least 10–15 minutes or sometimes even more. Overall, this place is a must-try in Karama. If you’re in Dubai and love biryani, don’t miss this spot. Of course, this is my personal opinion, and experiences may vary from person to person.

All mind but so flavourful and delicious.. normally I feel so tired after having a biriyani .. this was amazing and soothing to mind

Their Biriyani is special, regardless chicken or beef and this could be considered as one of the best in town for South Indian style Biriyani. It is not new place but the taste and freshness is consistent here. It will be too crowded at times and there would be long wait as well. Individuals or smaller groups will end up sharing the due to the rush. The experience may not be the best but the taste could justify it.

I went to eat Khozikode combo but end up eating Malabar dum Biryani. Biryani is good. Tastes delicious and the interesting thing is you feel full after 5 minutes of eating. Service needs to be improved
